Required Experience:
• 8 years – Experience eliciting requirements from customer interviews and creating well-written system requirements documents.
• 8 years – Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 8 years – Experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
• 8 years – Experience developing user stories and use cases that align with business analysis best practices.
• 8 years – Experience designing mockups and wireframes following UX best practices.
• 5 years – Strong communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 5 years – Strong writing and organizational skills for documenting business and system requirements.
Preferred Experience:
• 3 years – Experience with requirements management software such as Modern Requirements.
• 3 years – Experience using issue tracking software such as Atlassian Jira.
• 2 years – Experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency.
• 1 year – Experience with TEA applications, such as FSP, TSDS, or TEA Help Desk
