Title: Senior Business Analyst

Duties: Provide functional leadership for software automation projects; lead requirements elicitation, analysis and estimation; draft business requirements documentation; develop testing strategy/plan; prioritize development and testing activities based on business requirements; analyze and re-engineer business process; coordinate, participate in meetings with cross functional teams; responsible for developing test documentation; involve in user and team training; similar.


Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive experience in business analysis  including at least 3 years of leadership experience in software automation/testing projects
