Senior Boomi Admin & SRE

As a Senior Integration Platform Engineer and Production Support Specialist in Boomi Infrastructure Administration and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will play a critical role in maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of our integration platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and infrastructure teams to monitor and enhance the Boomi environment, manage production incidents, and automate repetitive tasks to reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Platform:
·        Install, configure, monitor, and manage Boomi integration platforms.
·        Ensure system uptime and performance.
·        Design monitoring/alerting systems to identify and address issues proactively.
·        Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and take preventive action.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):
·        Design and manage observability solutions (monitoring, logging, alerting).
·        Develop automation tools and scripts to reduce manual efforts.
·        Support robust CI/CD deployment practices and improve pipelines.
·        Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable deployments.

Production Support:
·        Provide 24x7 support for critical production incidents.
·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
·        Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and documentation.
·        Conduct regular health checks, patch management, and maintenance activities.

Continuous Improvement:
·        Identify gaps in architecture and suggest performance improvements.
·        Stay current with Boomi and cloud tech trends and apply relevant improvements.
·        Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare reports on system health and incidents.

Must-Have Skills:
·        Boomi platform administration experience (Cloud or On-Prem)
·        Hands-on expertise in CI/CD automation and DevOps tooling
·        Strong knowledge of monitoring/logging/alerting tools
·        Experience in production support with incident and problem management
·        Excellent scripting and automation skills
·        Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Certifications (Preferred):
·        Dell Boomi Professional or Architect Certification
·        SRE or DevOps Certifications (Google SRE, Azure DevOps, etc.)
·        ITIL Foundation Certification
