Senior BI Lead

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient BI solutions using Pentaho.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into meaningful data-driven results.
• Create robust data pipelines and integrations that promote data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and implement dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Optimize and maintain existing BI tools and systems to improve performance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices in BI development and data management.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in using Pentaho for BI solutions.
• Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL processes.
