Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Django.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of backend applications.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and enforce code quality standards.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and backend development best practices.

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Django for developing scalable backend systems.
  • Good understanding of Python programming fundamentals and libraries.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and ORM (Object Relational Mapping).
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging backend services.
  • Exposure to Agile development practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education: B.Tech, B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual), M.Tech, M.Sc., M.S., B.E., or MCA
