About the Role:
We're looking for a savvy Senior Associate, Visual Designer to support Flipkart’s employer brand design language - end-to-end, and bring it to life in the most visceral way possible. This person will be responsible for extending Flipkart's corporate and employer brand through various design and experiential applications and communications - including e-mails, posters, standees, event branding, on-campus branding, UI design, website branding and more. This person will be responsible for taking design cues from a parent brand and then turning them into a piece that does captivating storytelling.

This is a high-impact, role for someone who is excited to learn and develop in the areas of brand design, brand management, brand collateral development, experience development, and more. Here, you won’t just design - you will define!

We’re the storytellers of Flipkart’s employer brand, working under the Culture & Engagement CoE. We craft narratives, build identity, and breathe life into Flipkart’s employer brand across channels, campaigns, and culture. To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
2+ Years of Experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design or related fields.
