🔹 Workday Payroll & Benefits Administration: Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration within Workday.
🔹 Workday HCM Security & Compliance: Ensure payroll security configurations and data integrity.
🔹 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal payroll & benefits regulations.
🔹 Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
🔹 System Configuration: Optimize HCM system configurations related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
