Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Architect – HR Applications to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our enterprise HR technology landscape. This role requires deep expertise in WorkdaySAP HRWorkbrain, and Fieldglass, with a strong focus on aligning technology solutions with business goals across the HR domain.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Strategy
    • Define and drive the HR applications architecture roadmap in alignment with enterprise IT and HR strategies.
    • Lead the design and integration of HR systems including Workday, SAP HR, Workbrain, and Fieldglass.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance HR capabilities and user experience.
  • Solution Design & Integration
    • Architect end-to-end solutions across core HR, payroll, time tracking, contingent workforce, and talent management systems.
    • Ensure seamless data flow and process integration between HR platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., Finance, ITSM).
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure scalable and secure system designs.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance models for HR applications.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Provide architectural guidance to project teams and support solution delivery throughout the lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process automation, system optimization, and user experience enhancements.
    • Lead technical assessments and proof-of-concepts for new HR technologies and tools.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise HR systems architecture and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Workday (Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Integrations)
    • SAP HR (PA/OM, Payroll, Time Management)
    • Workbrain (Time & Attendance)
    • Fieldglass (Vendor Management System)
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data models.
  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO) and APIs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HRIS certification(s) (e.g., Workday Pro, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and security best practices
