Description

Key Responsibilities  

  • Build tools and applications to support various people strategies.  

  • Collaborate with business partners to align product outcomes with strategic goals.  

  • Partner with Product Managers, Analysts, Data Engineers, and other Application Engineers on cross-functional projects.  

  • Identify opportunities for technical and business process improvements.  

  • Support troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment of applications.  

  • Train end-users and peers on new processes and functionality.  

Required Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.  

  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development, ideally in HR-related applications.  

  • Proficiency in Python, with experience using the FastAPI framework.  

  • Experience with frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js.  

  • Experience with databases such as Postgres and SQL/PLSQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.  

  • Strong foundation in computer science: algorithms, data structures, programming, databases, design patterns, virtualization.  

  • Experience building large-scale microservices and applications using cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.  

  • Ability to analyze and improve system efficiency, scalability, security, and stability.  

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones.  

  • Outcomes-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.  

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience in building applications for talent acquisition and employee experience.  

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.  

  • Exposure to HRIS or People Systems platforms
