Senior Application Support Developer

Requirements:

Child Welfare Systems Expertise

* Prior experience with Child Welfare Information Systems (SACWIS, MACWIS, CCWIS preferred)

* Solid understanding of child welfare business processes including case management, intake, service planning, licensing, and reporting

* Ability to translate program requirements into clear functional and technical specifications

Technical Skills & Experience

* 10+ years of hands-on experience with Natural Programming Language

* 10+ years of experience with Visual Basic 6

* 10+ years of experience with SQL

* Proficiency in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET)

* Extensive background in maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting legacy production systems

* Strong expertise in data integration, batch processing, and file-based interfaces

* Skilled in code refactoring, modularization, and transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms

* Experienced in data mapping, conversion, and migration planning across systems

* Proficient with source control tools and change management practices (Git, SVN, TFS)
