Description:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for banking application or similar customer communicator management product to design and create letters/correspondence.
  • Knowledge of basic JavaScript, XML, Library files, Variables, SQL with the familiarity in programming skills and Jira/Service-Now.
  • Interact with business users to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate tactfully and effectively with business users and team members.
  • Need to work with the QA team to get the sign-off.
  • Responsible to write unit test cases of business requirement.
  • Should have ability to create a release document and prepare user manuals.


Required Technical Skills:

  • Overall 10+ years of experience in IT industry.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in banking systems and/or operations, with a focus on Client core banking systems.
  • Experience in design and/or development with .NET technologies like, C#, JScript, and SQL Server.
  • Expertise in JavaScript.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries in DB2 database, Jira and Service-Now.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Good hands-on experience in version control (Git commands) and Bitbucket (edit/stage/commit process in branches, pull requests etc. ).



It would be beneficial to have experience with

  • Client core banking applications - DocPlus for Signature (Prism Software).
