Description

● Provide maintenance, support, troubleshooting, and updating/upgrading of Jira.
● Oversee the administration, configuration and support of Jira, external application integrations (ex: GitHub and Bamboo), and Atlassian Marketplace 3rd party applications.
● Identify, respond, research and resolve program, data, or system software problems in consultation with other employees and/or users.
● Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship and guidance to State personnel for requested work.
