Must Have

  • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1+, ADA, Section 508, and other relevant accessibility laws and frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage accessibility projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Hands-on experience with accessibility evaluation tools such as Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an accessibility standpoint.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting accessibility audits, gap assessments, and driving remediation strategies for websites and applications.
  • Ability to train, guide, and collaborate with design, development, content, and QA teams to embed accessibility best practices throughout the digital product lifecycle
