Senior Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior MicroStrategy developer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Create both MicroStrategy schema & public objects such as attributes, transformations, metrics, prompts, filters, reports, level metrics, compound metrics, security filters and documents.
• Need to be able to understand why MSTR writes SQL query in the way it generates and should be able to fine tune using VLDB properties.
• Should have a good amount of experience in performance tuning of the reports.
• Possess good experience in design & development of MicroStrategy Web dashboards using graphs, panel stacks, selectors, widgets etc.,
• Good in SQL & data analysis skills; understand & identify root cause for data & row count differences and fix the data issues.
• Good understanding of the in-memory operations in MSTR for I-Cubes, derived elements, derived attributes & derived metrics.
• Basic Understanding of Tableau based reports and need to refresh extracts from time to time based on client’s requirements.

 Skills:

• 4+ years of proficiency and relevant experience in MSTR.
• Excellent dashboard/document design skillset.
• Sound Knowledge in SQL and Tableau.
• Have good communication skills to Interact with the client directly and understand the requirements
• Good to have experience in the recent MSTR updates like MSTR Library and AI related features.
