Responsibilities
Configure Amazon Connect’s out-of-the-box elements, including Queues, Users/Agents, Security Settings, Flows, Routing Profiles, etc.
Set up and configure CI/CD pipelines for project deployments and management.
Create and manage Amazon Connect environments to ensure efficient scalability and performance.
Develop Amazon Lex bots and design simple contact flows to enhance customer interactions.
Implement Contact Lens for improved call analytics and insights.
Set up out-of-the-box analytics dashboards and reports for monitoring performance.
Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML for seamless access.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer cases related to Amazon Connect.
Design and implement Email, IVR, and SMS Contact Flows for multiple communication channels.
Configure Amazon Connect for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
Implement Workforce Optimization (WFO) and forecasting functionality to optimize agent performance.
Develop Lambda functions in Python or NodeJS to integrate Amazon Connect with external databases.
Create CloudFormation templates for environment migration and backup processes.
Qualifications
Senior Developer: 4-5 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
Developer: 2-3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon Connect, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
Experience configuring and integrating contact flows across multiple channels (email, IVR, SMS).
Proficiency in Python or NodeJS for Lambda development.
Experience with configuring SSO, Contact Lens, and WFO/forecasting functionality.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
