Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions. In this role, you will be at the intersection of advanced AI agent development and large-scale data integration. You will architect, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and RAG systems using Microsoft Fabric as the core data platform, driving actionable insights and automation for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and custom frameworks.

Architect and implement end-to-end RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems integrated with Microsoft Fabric for enterprise-scale data.

Build and optimize data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric (or Azure Data Lake) to feed structured and unstructured data into AI models.

Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using React or Angular to showcase AI functionalities and data visualizations.

Implement advanced prompting strategies, multi-LLM orchestration, and fine-tuning techniques to maximize AI agent performance.

Ensure robust AI safety, security, and governance protocols are integrated into all solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-impact projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development with a strong focus on enterprise data integration.

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, or similar enterprise data lakehouse platforms.

Expert-level proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers).

Proven experience building and deploying AI Agents (Microsoft Copilot Studio experience is highly desirable).

Strong expertise with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).

Deep understanding of RAG system architecture and implementation at scale.

Proficiency in SQL/KQL for complex data querying and manipulation.

Experience integrating and orchestrating multiple LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Cohere).

Preferred Qualifications (Ideal Candidate):

Front-end development skills with React or Angular.

Microsoft certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Fabric Analytics Engineer.

Experience in Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.

Background in manufacturing or finance domain AI implementations.

Experience with Power BI for advanced analytics and dashboarding.

Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers
