Senior AI Developer

About the Role

• We are looking for a Senior AI Developer (Contract) with expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio to lead the development of intelligent, conversational AI solutions.
• This role will focus on building and optimizing copilots that integrate with enterprise systems to drive automation and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate copilots with enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, custom APIs).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define use cases and automation opportunities.
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows.
• Monitor and optimize performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Stay current with Microsoft's AI roadmap and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Dataverse.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and adaptive cards.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI, NLU, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, AI-102) are a plus
