Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python and modern frameworks.
• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases.
• Build scalable APIs and services to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent solutions.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Monitor model performance and implement improvements based on feedback and metrics.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and Python tooling.

Skills Required:

• Flask: A lightweight Python web framework used to build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services that can host and serve AI/ML models.
• BI (Business Intelligence): Experience working with BI tools and techniques to interpret and present data insights, supporting intelligent decision-making and AI integration.
• Python: The primary programming language for AI/ML development. Strong proficiency is required for building models, APIs, data pipelines, and automations.
• Gen AI (Generative AI): Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools (e.g., GPT models, diffusion models) for developing intelligent content-generation or LLM-based features.
• AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning): General expertise in designing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models using standard libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
