Senior AEP Developer

Introduction:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to drive the implementation and optimization of AEP solutions. You will play a crucial role in leveraging Adobe’s cutting-edge technology to create personalized and efficient experiences for our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and maintain Adobe Experience Platform to support customer data integration and personalization.
• Implement robust data ingestion and processing pipelines within AEP.
• Utilize Adobe’s Real-time Customer Data Platform to enhance audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.
• Develop custom components and integrations with other enterprise systems to extend the platform’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and IT to define and achieve strategic objectives.
• Lead the technical design sessions, review design and development tasks, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Stay abreast of new features and functionalities within Adobe Experience Platform and evaluate their applicability to organizational goals.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in data platforms.
• Proficient in the use of Adobe Experience Platform and related Adobe cloud services.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Excellent understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex software development issues.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or advertising technology.
• Experience working in agile development environments
