Description

  • Design and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles (RTCP) and identity stitching.
  • Develop and maintain XDM schemas and Experience Events.
  • Integrate AEP with external data sources and APIs.
  • Enable audience segmentation and activation across channels.
  • Design and orchestrate omnichannel customer journeys using triggers, conditions, and actions.
  • Implement real-time, event-driven, and scheduled journeys.
  • Apply personalization and decisioning logic to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and optimize campaign strategies (batch, triggered, lights-on).
  • Configure and manage offer decisioning and delivery via JSON-based APIs.
  • Integrate with CITSLE APIs to send offers to digital and OneView channels.
  • Design and validate JSON payloads for offer delivery.
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable API communication.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot API transactions and offer delivery workflows.
  • Work closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to align journey design with business goals.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on support for AJO and AEP.
  • Stay current with Adobe product updates and best practices.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and real-time data triggers.
  • Experience with JSON-based API integrations, especially for offer delivery.
  • Familiarity with CITSLE or similar enterprise integration platforms.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert · Journey Optimizer or AEP.
  • Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
  • Background in digital marketing, CRM, or customer experience design.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic 8.0, including:
  • Designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Working with workflows, delivery templates, and audience segmentation.
  • Scripting with JavaScript and SQL within Adobe Campaign.
  • Integrating Adobe Campaign with AEP and AJO for unified customer journeys.
  • Understanding of Message Center and transactional messaging setup.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Campaign APIs and data schema customization.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CASL) in campaign execution
