• Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems
• Reviewing system error logs
• Writing PowerShell scripts for automation and repetitive tasks
• Knowledgeable in Windows endpoint management systems / Ivanti.
• Knowledgeable in Windows patching
• Knowledgeable in Mac OS management systems
• Experienced with managing enterprise-wide laptop/desktop disk encryption.
