  • Administer the SailPoint IIQ system and responds to incidents associated to issues including access provisioning, deprovisioning, account linking, and deduplication.

• Provide support of security applications/solutions and requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system.

• Partner collaboratively with teams across the company to complete requests and address issues.

• Be self-organizing and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams leveraging agile development practices.

• Assist in automation efforts to minimize manual work, ensure compliance goals, and support continuous delivery frameworks and tools. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent background or experience.

• Strong experience with designing Lifecycle Manager and Access Certification modules in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Experience with common IAM tools (Okta, Centrify, CyberArk, Ping) preferred.

• Experience developing solutions in an iterative (Agile) approach.
