Security Engineer

Responsibilities

Maintain, support, and upgrade the Vault Enterprise infrastructure (SSMS).

Perform OS/software upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and business continuity activities.

Integrate Vault with enterprise systems (MS-AD, monitoring, backup, SIEM, etc.).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting availability and security of SSMS.

Assist application teams with digital secrets onboarding, policy enforcement, and lifecycle management.

Deploy new features/solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) in secure, resilient configurations.

Automate processes, enhance reporting, and maintain runbooks and customer guides.

Participate in on-call rotation for production support.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience with Infrastructure & Configuration as Code (Terraform).

Hands-on with DevOps tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.).

Proficiency in Python and working with REST APIs.

RHEL 8/9 system administration with SELinux expertise.

Experience with Splunk (including query creation).

Knowledge of secrets management platforms (Vault preferred)
