Security Engineer

• Identify and self-manage complex security issues within a geographically dispersed organization.
• Provide security consulting on data access, integrity, confidentiality, and business continuity.
• Work with development teams to remediate security defects.
• Ensure secure coding practices are followed within banking/financial services applications.
• Conduct security assessments and threat analysis to mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as an Application Secure Code Engineer.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Application Security Coding.
• DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) experience.
• SAST (Static Analysis Software Testing) experience.
• Black Duck tool experience.
• Experience with Secure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
• Knowledge or experience with bug bars.
• Understanding of threat analysis and risk assessment
