Security Engineer

Should have minimum 4-6 yrs of Hands on experience in administration of Cisco Email gateway (Ironport) and McCafee
• Ironport
o Good knowledge of implementing and managing email security (Ironport.Cisco Email)
o Monitor, Manage false positive and false negative detections
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
o Stay updated with the latest advancements in Network Security Operations, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
• Mcafee
o Experience on any Intrusion Detection and Preventions Systems Knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, VLANs, SPANs, TCP/IP protocols).
o Ability to research, investigate and resolve new and existing threats and vulnerabilities Experience with TCP/IP packet nalysis and networking protocol
o Perform Antivirus and encryption management tasks including but not limited to: optimized antivirus deployment, antivirus console account management, policy management and threat prevention setup.
o Perform Patch management tasks include: maintaining current knowledge of available patches, deciding what patches are appropriate for particular systems, ensuring that patches are installed properly, testing systems after installation, and documenting all associated procedures.
• Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem). Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool
