SDET with Strong Cypress Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong Cypress and Java skills to support test automation efforts for a major financial client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation frameworks, API testing, service virtualization, and CI/CD processes.

Required Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5+ years of experience in test automation

·         Strong hands-on experience with Cypress and Java

·         Solid knowledge of API/Microservices test automation using RESTAssured or Karate

·         Experience with mocking tools such as Mockito, Wiremock, or Mountebank

·         Knowledge of Service Virtualization tools and concepts (any tool is acceptable)

·         Experience in connecting to MongoDB or PostgreSQL via scripts for data access/modification

·         Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and setup, especially Jenkins

·         Good to have: Experience with parallel test execution using Sauce Labs
