Must Have Skills
Programming skills Primary skill requirement:
Strong proficiency in Core Java including ObjectOriented Programming OOP concepts
Exception handling Collections framework Multithreading and concurrency and Reflections

Testing skills Secondary skill:
Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium
Good knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and best practices
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment CICD pipelines
Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Good to Have Skills:
Experience with other test automation tools such as Appium Javascript Groovy or Junit
Experience with cloud based testing platforms and services
Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills with geographically dispersed teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
