SDET (Playwright)

Skills Required:

• Playwright
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in automation testing
• Knowledge with CICD tools and API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assurec)

Job Summary:

Industrial Scientific has an existing application that’s 10+ years old from original inception. It’s very outdated and there are a lot of drawbacks. The team is looking to update the application, from a UI / user experience, best practice, and security standpoint. This tester will be building the new UI on top of the existing infrastructure and running those tests.

• Writing playwright tests, automation tests
  • Top skill: Playwright
• Postgres-connecting to a new API layer
• Working with scrum team and product owners to understand requirements, automate in the test suite, and understand the data.
• Using C# / .NET (java is not required/not used)
• Big Bonus skill: Load and performance testing
• Office-Robinson (west of downtown Pittsburgh toward the airport). 
• Hybrid 3 days/week; they are on site Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
• 30 Minute Teams interview followed by 1-2 hour panel interview onsite (back to back in pairs)
