Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement a TCoE framework that aligns with organizational goals.
• Process Improvement: Review current testing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce consistent testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
• Tool Assessment: Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies to meet project and organizational needs.
• Team Training and Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to QA teams to enhance their expertise in testing methodologies and tools.
• Collaboration: Partner with development, product management, and operations teams to ensure testing processes integrate seamlessly with overall project workflows.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define key metrics to track testing performance and prepare regular reports to share progress and insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience in establishing and managing a TCoE framework.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, tools, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to train and mentor QA professionals to build a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
