Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Backend Engineer (SDE-II) at YoCharge located in Udaipur. You will be responsible for scaling YoCharge's back-end platform & services for enabling smart charging for electric vehicles.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 Years of backend development experience with Python, Django, FastAPI.
  • Strong experience in WebSockets, async programming, and real-time APIs.
  • Experience scaling high-traffic, distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of OCPP protocols and experience with EV charging infrastructure is a plus.
  • Expertise in SQL & NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Redis, and time-series databases.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Prior experience in IoT, energy management systems, or smart grid technologies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
