Scrum Master/Project Manager

 Job Description

• Develop a clear project plan for delivering internal and external facing platforms & products
• Apply platform approach in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, establish project timelines and milestones that aligned with the roadmap.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team, including developers, designers, QA professionals, and scrum masters. Set team goals and priorities and ensure effective collaboration.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, executives, and business teams, to understand their requirements and expectations. Maintain open and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment. Ensure that the project is executed according to the defined strategy and timelines.
• Maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the final product meets high-quality standards. Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Implement Agile development methodologies, such as SAFe or Scrum, to manage the project's delivery process. Adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Seek opportunities to improve project delivery processes, efficiency, and quality. Encourage innovation and the adoption of best practices.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, designs, and project plans.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of the digital platform and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
• Maintain the security and compliance of the digital platform, including data security, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
