Coaching and Leading Teams: Coaching teams on Agile practices, helping them develop self-organization, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Removing Impediments: Identifying and resolving issues that hinder team progress, ensuring the team can focus on delivering value.
Promoting Continuous Improvement: Facilitating retrospectives, collecting feedback, and implementing changes to improve team processes and outcomes.
Facilitating Communication: Ensuring clear communication within the team, between teams, and with stakeholders.
Creating and Onboarding Project Teams: Helping teams integrate into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product.
Gathering Requirements: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories.
Participating in Daily Scrums: Attending daily stand-ups to hear about impediments and help resolve them.
Working with cross-functional teams: Collaborating with developers, QA testers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
