Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coach teams on Scrum framework and agile principles, promoting value-driven product development
  • Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product backlog refinement
  • Train teams to conduct focused and goal-oriented daily stand-ups
  • Coach Product Owners on stakeholder management and effective backlog grooming
  • Guide the team in defining the Definition of Done and adopting TDD/CI/CD practices
  • Mentor the team on writing effective user stories and agile estimation techniques
  • Identify and eliminate impediments proactively to ensure smooth sprint execution
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to build trust, coach individuals, and foster team cohesion
  • Continuously assess and elevate the Scrum maturity level of the team and organization
  • Resolve conflicts, facilitate consensus-building, and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Partner with organizational Agile leaders to improve Agile maturity across teams
  • Track and address organizational and systemic impediments, and escalate as needed
  • Be a servant leader, enabling the team to deliver high-quality, working software in every sprint

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • Experience with SAFe and DevOps practices
  • Proficient in CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Solid coaching and mentoring skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Certified in CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile methodologies

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
