Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies and experienced in coaching Scrum and Kanban teams.

Required Experience
7 years experience leading agile teams as Scrum Master.
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience as a Scrum Master Leading teams.
2 years experience using Azure DevOps as Scrum Master.
Has a Hands on Experience with Agile Tools like Azure DevOps, Jira.
Experience with business data and the role information plays as an enabler of business results.
Experience developing Business Requirements – project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures.
Experience developing Functional requirements – describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
