Description

Job Responsibilities:

 

•Facilitate Scrum: Ensure the Scrum framework is followed by the larger team.

•Standups: Facilitate daily standups (daily scrum) as needed.

•Iteration/Sprint Planning: Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and subtask creation.

•Sprint Reviews: Participate in meetings and capture feedback.

•Retrospectives: Identify areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.

•Board Administration: Work as the administrator of the Scrum board. Keep cards up to date and ensure Jira tools are functioning well.

•1-on-1s: Meet individually with team members and stakeholders as needed to address process or work style disagreements.

•Internal Consulting: Consult with team members and internal stakeholders on working effectively with the Scrum team.

•Reporting: Regularly analyze burndown charts and other planning tools.

•Blockers: Aid the team in eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

•Bachelor’s or College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields

•Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, artifacts, and techniques.

•Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.

•Proficiency in Jira for task management.
