Job Description:

  • 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management.
  • You should have a solid background in the banking domain.
  • Should have hands-on experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence, and other tools
  • Should be able to work with PO and Team to create backlog and estimations
  • Conduct, Document, and Monitor action items as part of Retrospective
  • Mentor and Coach team members on the Agile process
  • Should be providing the key project metrics to Client Management
