• Analytical and Strategic Thinking
o Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to learn business operations at all levels while continuously building business acumen. Capacity to align product and platform operation model with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Ability to be a strategic thought partner at the intersectionality of technology and the business with senior leaders.
o Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the performance and impact of product and platform portfolio. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
o Influencing Skills: demonstrated ability to develop and communicate the portfolio objectives, inspire and motivate staff, earn and maintain confidence with senior business leaders, while maintaining alignment with overall business strategies.
• Technical
o Strong understanding of the application of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices. Facilitates all agile ceremonies with a focus on improving the team's maturity in following agile delivery
o Analytical, conceptual strategic planning and execution skills. Familiarity with financial analysis and associated reporting tools.
o Possesses the confidence to be the voice of authority on agile process matters.
o Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira (JIRA Align, JIRA Premium), Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
o Advanced JIRA Experience on customization and configuration to measure and track OKRs and Agile KPIs
o Understanding of current and emerging technologies and to drive digital business.
o Experience managing change with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Management Skills
o Requirement Analysis: Skills in gathering and analyzing business requirements to tailor product and platform operating model solutions to meet business needs.
o Planning and Execution: Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget while meeting technical and quality requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
o Change Management: Experience in managing change within an organization, including training and supporting end users. Ability to lead whole systems change, transformation processes, systems thinking, people-centered change management, portfolio management.

Skills Required:
• At least three years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development, digital transformation, or technical product-focused, agile work environment with multiple delivery teams.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience with agile teams in the delivery and development of software solutions.
• Experience in agile software development lifecycle
• Experience in a multi-national, matrix structured organization preferred.
• Experience in Hotel Management, Vacation Ownership, or Hospitality preferred
