Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities-
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Experience in JIRA tool mandatory (Rally knowledge good to have)
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Prior experience on a scrum team
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment_

What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position? 
o Scrum Master certification required
o Experience in information technology (IT) project management required
o Act as a leader to our software development team
o Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving fast in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together
o Should be a good coach in Agile practices. S/he can coach individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
o Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process
Successfully manage a RUN engagement by applying ITIL standards and by managing client expectations through SLA
Experience on Application Management & Networking projects will be an added advantage but not must
Management and be aware of KM processes that are necessary to effectively manage RUN
Responsible for the delivery of all RUN scope activities like Incident, Problem, Environment and Change Management
Responsible for quality KPIs through corrective and preventive maintenance activities by engaging in RCA process and resolutions
Need to have Scrum certification
