Description

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join the Digital Marketing Technology team at Client. This role focuses on leading Agile practices for the development and support of high-profile digital platforms including the firm’s public website and internal portals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables across cross-functional teams.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Champion Agile principles within the squad and across partner teams to ensure effective delivery and team growth.
  • Identify and proactively remove blockers and impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Enforce quality in user stories, sprint artifacts, and delivery documentation.
  • Maintain Agile metrics and reporting to track team performance and capacity.
  • Own the management of project timelines and delivery schedules to ensure value-driven, on-time outcomes.
  • Promote a collaborative, transparent, and communicative team environment.
  • Act as a liaison between the squad, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and partners to support project needs and resolve organizational dependencies.
  • Administer and manage JIRA boards, workflows, and configurations.


 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Project Manager in a digital/technology-focused environment.
  • Strong expertise in JIRA, including board creation, configuration, and administration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), code quality controls, and agile delivery frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing website development projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage vendors and external partners.
  • Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams, including marketing and technology stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues promptly.
