Key required skills

• Demonstrated ability to partner and liaison between business users and a technical development team
• Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications
• Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency
• Ability create Quarterly Roadmap plan
• Agile Practitioner - Knowledge of Agile best practices (Scrum, Sprint Planning Retrospective, Quarterly Planning, Generate Metrics and reports on the squads)
• Familiarity with Jira and similar tools

Good To have

• Ability to define and manage business requirements (end to end), perform structured analysis, design processes and workflows, and use case documentation
• Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD) with hands on experience
