Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team can deliver high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile practices.
  • Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe).
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and practices.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile practices.
  • Familiarity with other project management methodologies such as Waterfall
