Scrum Master

equirement:

• Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with all stakeholders in scope (Product Owner, Scrum Team)
• Support the Scrum Team, Product Owner and Organization during product development and throughout the sprints, and keep all parties on track and informed
• Find methods to effectively manage, arrange and optimize the product backlog.
• Help communicate the Product Owner’s Wishlist to the project team.
• Organize scrum events and ceremonies as necessary.
• Lead and coach scrum adoption to the Scrum team. Build effective relationship with the Scrum Team and Product Owner
• Coach, mentor and support the Scrum Team in Agile best practices
• Support on the technical implementation of user stories
• Implement changes and steps to increase the Scrum team’s productivity and identify opportunities to improve processes/implement best practices
• Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency.
• Graduate in Computer Science/IT/ Business or related field
