Description

Key Responsibilities:
1.Facilitate Agile Ceremonies:
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure all ceremonies are effective and time-boxed.
2.Team Support:
Serve as a coach and mentor for the team in Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
Promote self-organization and accountability within the team.
3.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies transparently.
4.Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of learning and improvement.
Use metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) to identify areas for team growth.
Facilitate team workshops and retrospectives for process improvement.
5.Risk and Conflict Management:
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Resolve conflicts within the team and promote a collaborative environment.
6.Agile Adoption and Coaching:
Guide teams and the organization on Agile practices.
Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance organizational agility.
7.Tools and Documentation:
Utilize Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage backlogs and track progress.
Ensure that documentation and artifacts are updated and accessible.
8.Collaboration with QA Team:
Define Release Scope working with all stake holders.
Collaborate with QA Team for defect tracking and ensure releases are on time.

Experience:
Minimum 10+ yrs of experience as a Scrum Master.
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification
