Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience working with IT.
• Agile Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes for the team including daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and ability to support Quarterly Planning.
• Identify and collaborate on the resolution of impediments for the team.
• Enable continuous improvement by following up on feedback from Retrospectives.
• Provide status updates including risks, actions, issues and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence of the backlog to the platform vision, mission, OKRs and product roadmaps. 
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and best practices.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with Kanban.
