Scrum Master

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams and ensure the effective implementation of Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and act as a coach and servant leader to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide teams and the organization in embracing Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
• Remove impediments and protect teams from external disruptions.
• Encourage team accountability, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming and user story refinement.
• Track and report on team metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown.
• Promote agile practices across the organization as a change agent.
• Mentor team members and new Scrum Masters in agile best practices
