Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners, and drive delivery for a key healthcare program.
Key Skills & Requirements:
·      Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
·      Strong skills in backlog management in collaboration with POs.
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·      Experience with Rally (or other PLM tools).
·      Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge.
·      Healthcare domain experience preferred.
