Scrum Master

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.

- Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- Experience with Agile project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of Agile methodologies.

- Proven track record of cultivating strong relationships with Business stakeholders.

-Responsible for Release Management and ensuring deployment of stable releases.

- Demonstrated ability to proactively communicate with stakeholders and promptly address their needs and concerns along with high level troubleshooting
