We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master who is hands-on in managing projects while driving Agile transformation across the business unit. As an Agile Champion, you will work closely with teams, stakeholders, and leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and Agile adoption. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) for multiple teams.
· Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and practices, identifying and resolving impediments effectively.
· Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and refine user stories.
· Track and report on sprint progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders.
· Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing actionable strategies.
Agile Champion Responsibilities:
· Act as a change agent, promoting Agile values and principles across the business unit.
· Conduct workshops, training sessions, and coaching to build Agile capabilities within teams and leadership.
· Advocate for the adoption of Agile tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and transparency.
· Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives with Agile frameworks.
· Develop and execute an Agile transformation roadmap tailored to the business unit’s needs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification is required.
· 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with proven experience driving Agile adoption at scale.
· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices.
· Hands-on experience managing complex projects and delivering business-critical solutions.
· Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
· Familiarity with metrics-driven reporting (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time).
· Knowledge of DevOps practices and how they align with Agile methodologies.
· Experience leading Agile transformations or scaling Agile in large organizations
