Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor both DevOps and Salesforce teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) for both teams.
• Guide teams in applying Agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Foster collaboration between DevOps and Salesforce teams, as well as with other stakeholders across the organization.
• Understand and apply SDLC, project management, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Champion continuous improvement within the teams.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with SAFe framework
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a positive team culture, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Understanding of Salesforce and DevOps technologies
