At Likewize, we are actively seeking a Scrum Master to lead and empower our software development team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our adoption of Scrum principles, aiming to consistently deliver exceptional software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing collaboration, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality IT products. As a Scrum Master with us, you will have the opportunity to take charge of project release scrum teams, engage with regional stakeholders to establish effective timelines for quality deliverables, and proactively address challenges. Your role will also involve coaching team members in Agile methodologies, ensuring that Likewize remains at the forefront of innovation and efficiency in software development.
Responsibilities

Perform Scrum Master role for dedicated Scrum teams
Build, Guide and Coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services
As a strong change agent, should be able to influence team and leaders – build check list, communicate the change, train & coach the team
Should have good exposure with Agile tools & techniques. We will be using Azure DevOps for our project execution.
Should be able to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source
Should be an expert in estimation and planning - knows how to create useful, reliable, and practical plans for software development projects
Facilitates and supports all scrum events: daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, do show & tell, Sprint Review,
Sprint Retrospective, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
Responsible for project status reporting, continued risk management & issue management
Should be able to build the DevOps environment - bring in the CI/CD implementation and bridge the gap b/w Dev &
Operation team, focus on automating the building, testing, and deployment of applications
Arrange updates to the Business Users on a regular basis on the progress made on the issues/concerns raised by them
Perform Weekly Support Metrics review, Performance against SLAs, KPIs with IT Service Owners along with Monthly and QBR presentations
Preferred Qualification & Skills

8-12 years of project/program management experience
5+ years of project development experience with Agile technologies
3+ years coaching individuals and teams on Agile mindsets, principles, and practices
Experience in Agile Implementation in software platform involving ERPs (Supply Chain Management Domain) is preferred
Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles with Hands-on exposure in Agile transformation journey
Proven knowledge of the application of Agile at scale and demonstrated ability to coach and lead the cultural and organizational change
Hands on working exposure with any of the Project Management software like Azure DevOps or JIRA
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict handling and coaching skills
Adept at refinement, task break down, estimation, velocity, retrospection
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Should be an evangelist with knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban.
Extensive experience across the SDLC models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
Experience in Agile coaching, Enterprise Agile Transformation at Global organizations
Preferred to have relevant Agile certifications (CSM, CSC, ASCM, PSM, DevOps)
 

Education

Any Graduate
